How It Works
From quote to delivery, everything happens on the site — no meetings, no calls. Here is the whole process.

Get a quote
Answer a few multiple-choice questions — no spec document needed. You see an estimated price range in about 30 seconds, free, and we never call you. Prefer fixed prices? Pick an item from the menu and skip the questions entirely.

Review and accept the quote
The quote arrives with an itemized breakdown of why the price is the price. Share the page link with your team — no login needed. Ask questions right on the page. Accepting costs nothing until the deposit is paid.

Sign the contract
The contract is generated automatically from the exact amount and scope in your quote, so nothing outside the quote can ever be billed. Review it, request clause changes if needed, and sign electronically on the spot.

Pay the deposit
Pay by bank transfer, card, or Toss Payments (PayPal for international customers). Choose a server option: use your own server, rent ours billed monthly at cost, or prepay one year. Points and coupons apply here.

Follow the progress
Development is tracked in milestones. Check progress and deliverables anytime with just your request number — no login, no "how is it going?" emails. Going dark is structurally impossible.

Review and pay the balance
When milestones are complete, review the deliverables. The balance is invoiced only after the work reaches the agreed state.

Delivery and handover
Full source code and account ownership go to you. Bug fixes are free for 30 days after delivery per the contract, with optional monthly maintenance afterwards. Tax invoices are issued after payment confirmation.
Checking your request
Go to Inquiry Lookup and enter your request number (e.g., 20260718-10018 — digits alone work too) with the email or phone you used. You can see quote status, contract, payment, and project progress without an account.
