Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Freesi software outsourcing platform ("Service") operated by N:D ("Company"). The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users ("Members") in relation to the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company through the freesi.net website and related applications, including software outsourcing intermediation, quotations, project management, and other related services.
- "Member" refers to any person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms and uses the Service.
- "User" refers to all persons, including Members and non-members, who access and use the Service.
- "Project" refers to a software development engagement requested or performed through the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Members.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws. Amended Terms will be notified within the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date. However, changes unfavorable to Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
- Members who do not agree with amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw from the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Article 4 (Registration and Service Agreement)
- A service agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms and completes the registration procedure designated by the Company.
- Registration may be completed through direct sign-up with email and password, or through social login via Google, Kakao, Naver, or Apple accounts.
- The Company may refuse registration or subsequently terminate the service agreement in the following cases:
- When another person's information has been used or false information has been provided
- When registration requirements set by the Company are not met
- When there is a violation of applicable laws or the Company's operational policies
- Members must promptly update their information when changes occur. The Company is not responsible for any disadvantage arising from failure to update such information.
Article 5 (Withdrawal and Disqualification)
- Members may request withdrawal at any time through the My Page or customer support, and the Company will process such requests without delay.
- If there are ongoing projects at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal will be processed after the completion or settlement of such projects.
- The Company may restrict or suspend membership if a Member engages in any of the following:
- Registering false information during sign-up
- Engaging in activities prohibited by law or these Terms through the Service
- Interfering with other users' use of the Service
- Disrupting the stable operation of the Service
Article 6 (Provision and Modification of Services)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Software outsourcing project requests and quotation services
- Project management and communication tools
- Template-based development services
- Guides and informational services
- Other services as determined by the Company
- The Company may change the content, methods, and hours of the Service and will provide advance notice of such changes along with the effective date.
Article 7 (Service Interruption)
- The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service due to maintenance, inspection, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment, network disruptions, force majeure, or other unavoidable reasons.
- The Company will notify Members in advance or after the fact when the Service is interrupted.
- The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the free services at its discretion. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, no separate compensation will be provided to Members in such cases.
Article 8 (Payment and Refund)
- Payment for paid projects through the Service shall be made through the payment methods designated by the Company.
- A full refund (100%) will be provided for cancellation requests made before project commencement. Refunds after project commencement will be calculated based on the progress rate and incurred costs.
- Refunds will, in principle, be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
- Specific refund policies are governed by the separate refund policy, which has the same effect as these Terms.
Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
- The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by applicable laws, these Terms, or acts contrary to public morals, and shall use its best efforts to provide the Service continuously and reliably.
- The Company shall maintain security systems for the protection of personal information and shall publish and comply with its Privacy Policy to ensure Members can use the Service safely.
- The Company shall establish and operate a system to appropriately handle Member complaints and damage relief requests related to Service use.
Article 10 (Obligations of Members)
- Members shall not engage in any of the following activities:
- Registering false information during sign-up or modification
- Using another person's information without authorization
- Altering information posted on the Service or causing harm to the Company or third parties
- Copying, distributing, or using information published by the Company without authorization
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of the Company or third parties
- Posting obscene or violent messages, images, or other content contrary to public morals on the Service
- Using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or public morals
- Members are responsible for managing their account credentials and may not transfer or lend them to third parties.
- Members must immediately notify the Company if they become aware that their credentials have been compromised. The Company is not responsible for any disadvantage arising from failure to provide such notice.
Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- Intellectual property rights in the content included in the Service (text, images, software, etc.) belong to the Company.
- Intellectual property rights in deliverables produced through projects are subject to separate contracts or project terms.
- Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to do so, without the prior consent of the Company.
Article 12 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of services by telecommunications providers.
- The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the Member.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information, data, or facts posted by Members on the Service and is not responsible for any damage arising therefrom.
- The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between Members or between Members and third parties through the Service and bears no liability for damages resulting from such disputes.
- The Company is not liable in connection with the use of free services unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Article 13 (Damages)
- If the Company or a Member causes damage to the other party by violating these Terms, the party at fault shall compensate for the damage sustained by the other party.
- The Company's liability for damages is limited to the extent prescribed by applicable law.
Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
- In the event of a dispute between the Company and a Member regarding the use of the Service, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute.
- If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
- Lawsuits concerning disputes between the Company and Members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Article 15 (Miscellaneous)
- Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, or by commercial practices.
- These Terms are effective from February 18, 2026.
