Project Overview
A project commissioned by a franchise headquarters operating 50+ locations nationwide to streamline franchise management. Previously managing stores through spreadsheets and phone calls, they faced growing difficulties with communication, sales aggregation, and inventory tracking as the number of locations increased. We simultaneously developed a web admin system and a mobile app for franchisees.

Developed a web dashboard for headquarters to manage all franchise locations at a glance. View real-time sales, inventory status, and order history per location, with push notification capability for announcements and promotions.
Franchisee Mobile App
Built iOS/Android apps with React Native for franchisees. Sales entry, inventory management, ordering, and announcement viewing can all be done directly in the app, with an intuitive UI designed for owners who may not be tech-savvy.
Integrated Data Analytics
Provides a data dashboard analyzing sales, popular items, and inventory turnover rates across all locations. Enables regional and time-period comparisons to support strategic decision-making at headquarters.
