N:D ("Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws to protect users' personal information and to handle related grievances promptly and effectively.

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use)
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes.

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)
- The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, where retention is required by applicable law, the information is retained for the period specified below.

- Upon membership withdrawal, personal information is destroyed immediately. However, information subject to statutory retention obligations is stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
- The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law or when requested by investigative authorities through procedures prescribed by law for investigative purposes
- Minimal information (name, email, phone number) necessary for project execution may be shared with development partners, and separate consent from the user will be obtained in such cases.
Article 5 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
- The Company outsources the following personal information processing tasks for smooth service provision.

- Destruction Procedure: Personal information for which the purpose of collection has been achieved or the retention period has expired is transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet for paper documents) and destroyed after a set period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.

- Electronic files: Securely deleted using technical methods that prevent reproduction of records
- Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated
Article 7 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives)
- Users (or their legal representatives) may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Request to access personal information
- Request correction of errors
- Request deletion of personal information
- Request suspension of processing
- These rights may be exercised through the My Page within the Service or by email (admin@freesi.net). The Company will take action without delay.
- If a user requests correction of errors in their personal information, the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction is completed.
- Membership withdrawal may be processed directly within the Service or by contacting the Personal Information Protection Officer.
Article 8 (Operation and Management of Cookies)
- The Company uses cookies to provide personalized services to users.
- Cookies are small text files that websites send to users' browsers and store on their hard drives.
- Purpose of Cookies: Maintaining login status, saving user preferences, analyzing visit frequency, analyzing service usage patterns
- How to Refuse Cookies: Users may refuse cookie storage through their web browser settings. However, refusing cookies may result in difficulty using certain services.
Article 9 (Security Measures for Personal Information)
The Company implements the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
- Administrative Measures: Minimizing personnel with access to personal information, conducting regular training, establishing and implementing internal management plans
- Technical Measures: Encryption of personal information, installation and operation of security systems against hacking, access control management
- Physical Measures: Access control for server rooms and data storage facilities
Article 10 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to oversee all matters related to the processing of personal information and to handle user complaints and remedies concerning personal information processing.
Users may direct all inquiries, complaints, and damage relief requests related to personal information protection arising from the use of the Service to the Personal Information Protection Officer. The Company will respond to and process such inquiries without delay.

Article 12 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
- This Privacy Policy is effective from February 18, 2026.
- Any previous privacy policy is superseded by this Privacy Policy.
- If there are changes to the Privacy Policy, the Company will notify users through in-service announcements or email at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
